Hotel Information

We have two blocks of rooms secured for the conference: 

 

1. UCSB Faculty Club (we have 34 rooms), and the cost is $199 for a double, includes breakfast, and all other fees, taxes, etc. 

 

 

2. The Goodland Hotel, Goleta, CA.  Doubles cost $159 and include coffee and afternoon wine, but not breakfast or taxes and fees.  (Book here)

 

**We will have transportation between the Goodland and UCSB on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning.

Guests can book through the following channels:

1. Use this link to make reservations:  UCSB Pacific Coast Conference (make certain the dates selected are those of the program which are 3/22 – 3/25).

  • Alternatively, guests can enter “E4Y” in the Group ID field, you will notice that this has replaced the Meeting/Group Code field on the website.

2. Lastly, for guests who prefer call-in reservations, they can still reference “UCSB Pacific Coast Conference” when calling 1-800-KIMPTON

Guests need to directly email Guest House Manager, Simon Herrera at simon.herrera@theclub.ucsb.edu and provide the following information.

If the guest does not have access to an email, they can call Simon Herrera directly at (805) 893-7781 and leave a voicemail with the aforementioned information.


A confirmation letter will be emailed to the guest once the information is received and the booking is complete.
Any rooms that are not reserved prior to February 20th, 2018 will automatically be placed back into general inventory. After this date rooms and rates will be based on availability.


Overnight guests enjoy two complimentary deluxe continental breakfasts per room, per day with fresh, local, and sustainable options from 6:30am-9am Monday thru Friday and 7am-9am on weekends. Additional breakfast can be purchased at the Front Desk. Visit our Front Desk Lobby for 24/7 assistance, browse available sundry and vending machine items or access our work-ready, self-service business center.

The Guest House proudly offers eco-friendly in-room products and amenities and utilizes practices that help reduce water consumption. Our well-appointed guest rooms all come with lagoon and ocean views! Max occupancy for 1-King Bed and 1-Queen Bed is 2 guests. Max occupancy for 2-Queen Beds is 4 guests. We do not provide cots, rollaway or Pack and Plays.
Guests spending the night at The Club & Guest House may purchase parking permits at the Front Desk at the time of check-in. Permits cost $8/day for weekdays and $4/day on weekends. These permits are valid in any of the Visitor spaces/lots on campus at all times. They are also valid Monday-Friday from 5pm-7:30am and weekends in Student, Staff, and Faculty spaces unless otherwise marked. The closest Visitor Lot to The Club & Guest House is Structure 22, a large parking structure on Ocean Road. There are a small number of 20-minute temporary un/loading spots in Lot 23, directly in front of The Club & Guest House. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
